Its been a while since we picked up any type of new tools. This one is super useful. We can now handle all of our own metalwork for fascia.. flashing etc… …now just to find a place to put it! Source

Our mini addition is coming along quickly… just about complete the main structure. Roof is on… and we are completely sealed up and flashed… minus the window! The new break requires some dialing in, and a touch of practice.. but we are becoming more and more self sufficient every day! …siding before it’s frosty?? Source

Trying to fit this Mudroom Addition in before it gets too cold. We managed to excavated and get concrete in this week.. Next week some walls and a roof?? let’s hope we can compete the metal work and roof next week!! Source

This has for certian been one of our largest challenges. Taking off the back of this house, and rebuilding fram scratch.. due to termites.. While the home owner still could livee in the home, is honestly so incredibly satisfying for us. It has NOT been easy.. but we have made it almost to the finish
