So we have been forced to tear down this large deck made of beautiful hardwood. The person who installed this IPE deck probably 10 years ago decided to leave large wood planters as they were. Now there is termite damage in multiple areas, and the $25000 worth of material has been ripped up.
We cannot even dig what remains of the planter out of the ground as they are so packed with roots. We will need a machine on site for this…
