Pretty good end to the week. Hot tub has been installed, ESA inspection on Monday. This milestone will allow us to quickly close up the sapce and get rolling on fence, and paver portions of this project. Also we completed the Hemlock pergola, including havibg it cleaned and stained. Roof will go on next week.
A full day of setting posts, cutting notches, and hanging rafters.. and we have a fully framed custom Hemlock Gazebo. Some of these notches required a bit of extra effort with the saw and chisel. That effort was totally worth it. 1 more day and we will have it sanded.. stained.. and the roof should
We are building a custom gazebo on one of our projects, that we intend to stain. We decided to use a product other than Pressure Treated lumber… Its more solid, doesnt move and twist as much, and looks greatwith the right stain. You cant get this stuff at your local Home Depot… can you guess

Well that was a bit of a tough week. 10 bins.. 32 yards of soil, over 20″ in depth. 8 yards of concrete.. Close to 100000 lbs removed with 2 shovels, and 2 wheelbarrow. Hoping to start putting things back together next week!!! Source

Such a change… this High Park gem was painted top to bottom.. from mostly black to all white. The kitchen was treated to a full colour change as well… So happy woth the result.. good luck to our clients on the sale process. Source
Foam backer is essential in a uniform caulking line. Ceilings and walls are not always plum or square. The foam will fill the gap, and allow for expansion and contraction in conjunction with the caulking. Source
This project has taken a bit more time then we would have liked… but I think overall we have hit the finishes as needed. The Black on Grey is a great combination.. and the custom stone sink matches the shower pan more than we could have thought… Fabulous dont you think?? Source
