Ok we are seriously up against the clock on this. The weather has been holding out, but some decisions have added delays. Not from our fabulous clients, but trust me… engineers can be… let’s say demanding. We are sorting it out though. We will let the rain pass and see what next week brings! Source

Fresh floors.. and a fresh panel! Both bathrooms are ready for heated floor installation, and there is a TON going on in the basement. …almost ready for some tile! Source

The foundation liner has cured and we are taking out forms and sorting out grade. Looking to finally start to rebuild these walls this week… That was a lot of concrete!!! Source

We get to work on some fun stuff around here. If you remember, this cabin was built in the woods a while ago.. we got around to getting the siding on this week. Only 3 hours from home with a short walk into the bush! Anyone else need a cool mini-cabin in the woods? Source

Big renovation happening for us in the Beach! New basement, new bathrooms and a new kitchen. Lots of new plumbing, electrical and HVAC going into this.. ….stay tuned! Source

We had glass go into one of our favorite bathroom projects this week. This full steam shower has quite an impact on the space. Source

What a week we have had… Digging down to the footings to shore up the foundation on this Young and St. Clair property. Once we pour some concrete, we can start on removing.. and replacing the walls on this addition. We will have it all back together before the cold! Source

This complete gut bathroom is getting some upgrades. Starting with a level and solid floor. Keep watching to see the dropped cove ceiling, Smart shower controls from Moen.. and steam shower setup! Source

Another complete renovation in the books. Luxury Vinyl floors, creative tile, and simple quartz surfaces. Source

When the faucet comes with its own cloth bag… you know it’s something top notch. Love this sink and faucet combo.. on white quartz. Source
