The special order siding kept us from completing this cute shed for a few weeks. Well it is finally complete.. and we couldn’t be happier. The vinyl looks just like real cedar.. well worth the wait! Source

We have been working away… mostly in the sunshine on this multi-level front yard. Over 700′ of 6×6 retaining walls.. Countless amounts of aggregate.. and today.. a few pavers!! Want your retaining walls to stay plumb and square.? It’s not the frost heaving at the base that’s the issue. Hydro Impaction.. When water mixes with soils and creates large amounts of pressure, the water stayes in the soil and together, they push on the wall. Clear aggregate should always be the first backfill used.

Completed this tidy turf job thos morning. The key really is the infill. It gives the turf some of its softness back after being installed on quite a solid base. It’s also antimicrobial and will assist in maintaining a clean space regardless of children or pet mess! Source

A bit of a rushed day to get this pad in.. but it happened.. Even tho the concrete guy was late.. earned a good long weekend, that’s for sure. Source

Pulled down and trucked off this garage to start the week. What made this job the worst?.. prob the 6 layers of shingles on the roof! They added so much weight that we had to cut the roof into pretty small pieces just to be able to carry them. Imagine what that added weight does
