We were able to get the sod in last week on this project, just before it started to get cold. Which is somewhat amazing to even think of considering the 30+ thousand pounds of concrete we removed from this space. Not to mention the large structure that was here when we first arrived. We will
Over 500 square feet, and more than 15 tonnes of concrete removed from this backyard today. This was a challenge for sure, but as always.. we were able to get it done. Looking forward to putting things back together! Source
Why do we always encounter way more concrete than expected? Some projects just feel like they will never make it to the next step. We knew we had to remove about 150sq’ of concrete after we pulled this garage down… but we found another 200sq’ that was hiding that we will also have to deal
So we have been forced to tear down this large deck made of beautiful hardwood. The person who installed this IPE deck probably 10 years ago decided to leave large wood planters as they were. Now there is termite damage in multiple areas, and the $25000 worth of material has been ripped up. We cannot

Just a couple of small upgrades to this getaway retreat over the last couple of weekends. Firepit built, and the sub base installed and ready for pavers in the spring. The boardwalk from the pit area to deck entrance went in last weekend.. The lighting really makes the space something! …our most favorite clients on
Back up at the mini cabin in the woods to end the week. Mezzanine went up, flooring went down.. the rest of the windows are in and the electrical is complete. Couple more touches before winter.. but mostly done I’d say! Source
This project also came to an end this week. Very similar in style to the other project we completed this week. Very happy to be able to create such great spaces for our fabulous clients. What’s next….??? Source
We completed one of our major projects of the year this week. Unfortunately, the cutom railing took a bit longer… scratch that. A LOT longer to fabricate than we would have liked. The result is pretty awesome, and we are all very happy with the finished product. I personally am very happy to call this
This was a great way to end the week. A little heavy, to be honest, and we didn’t get the last couple treads in… but we did make some good progress on this project either way. stay tuned… Source
Well… what can I say? Mistakes happen. The first pic here shows a completed floor tile install. This classic style really fit the overall feel of the home. Not too flashy… not to modern. However, i you look long enough, you will notice the pattern at the tub does not match the rest of the
